George was very responsive and even made an extra effort to find a door to cover the thermostat area of our water heater since the original door had been lost years ago. He also came out in the pouring rain, then even took $10 off his service call fee because he was a little late (just a few minutes and who could blame him, it was POURING outside). He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough too. I'd recommend him to others, and I don't recommend contractors very often!
