At this point, I am impressed with the excellent communication and long-standing business service to the greater Sacramento area. It is a family-owned business, which I prefer to work with on this kitchen remodel project for countertops. However, I am still in the planning/estimate stages.

In Sept Rooney Const remodeled our Kitchen. This job required R/R of interior walls, Custom Cabinets, Cust. Quartz Ctr Tops, plumbing, electrical, painting, texturing, and more. We secured 3 estimates and Rooney Const was significantly lower than the rest. We are quite happy we chose this Company. Mr Rooney provided a detailed written contract, (no misunderstandings), AN UNCONDITIONAL WAVER AND RELEASE signed by all the subs, a top quality job and great price within 5% of the est. Mr Rooney addressed all our concerns and project issues in a prompt, professional manner. Honesty, Integrity and Craftmanship. Hard to find these days. Quite Happy.
