I was so pleased. I had my new built in refrigerator due to be delivered today. Lowe's said their delivery people would try to remove my old one but I started worrying they would not be skilled to do the job. As it turns out, I was right. Fortunately, Tom with Mr. Handyman promptly returned my call and immediately reached one of his techs who knew about built in frig installs. They arrived about an hour after my call and shortly after the delivery of the new unit. Within a couple of hours, the old frig was out and the new one installed. It was a relief to have them here on such short notice. I would hire them again.

All contacts, online, on phone, and in person were courteous, respectful, prompt, and professional. Project area was left clean and neat. I will use Mr. Handyman again and I will refer the business to others.
