| Greg Brock Construction |
Customer Rating: |
| Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch |
| City: Sacramento, CA |
| Greg was able the build the deck of our dreams by providing the following services:
1. The planning presentation was very comprehensive. His deck plan was detailed and precise. He was very clear about redwood vs. composite.
2. Creative options. Once under way Greg offered us some creative solutions to improve the existing design.
3. Flexible work schedule. We had to put new sewer lines that went right through the deck area. Greg was able to work around the plumbing schedule
4. Plumbing contractor. Greg found a good plumber to complete the sewer lines at a good price.
5. Competitive pricing: Greg's price was very reasonable;you get what you pay for.
If you want a deck built to your specifications at a reasonable price with no surprises. Greg Brock Construction is the choice. My wife, who is a very accomplished carpenter, was happy to be informed from the beginning to the end of the project.
Please feel free to inspect the deck at any time.
