I had Henry build me a single room ground floor addition to my house, a 3rd bedroom. I found H.F. Schwartz to be the consummate contractor. He provided more details on his estimate than any of the other 4 contractors I received bids from. He's been exceedingly patient working with me and I can't overstate how confident I feel about the work that he's doing and his integrity as a person. I've heard horror stories from others, so I'm aware of what CAN go wrong, but I never once felt there was any reason to mistrust H.F. Schwartz and his team. Work progressed at a steady clip and was of the highest quality. I feel very lucky to have had H.F. Schwartz and his crew to work with on this, my first major renovation ever. Bottom line: top-notch work from a contractor with integrity.
